Pivot Theatre casts 15+ roles for 'The Legend of Sleepy Hollow' in Vancouver

Description: Pivot Theatre is staging its own adaptation of Washington Irving's The Legend of Sleepy Hollow at Progress Lab 1422 in Vancouver, with two Halloween-weekend performances on 31 October and 1 November 2026. More than fifteen roles are open, from leads to ensemble, and several of them sing. Auditions are cold readings from the script. Auditions are held at 1422 William Street. This is a non-Equity, volunteer production.
Requirements: Ichabod Crane, male 25-35; Geoffrey Crayon, open gender 40-50; Katrina van Tassel, female 20-30; Brom Bones, male 25-35; plus supporting and ensemble parts with their own age ranges. Some roles require singing a cappella. Non-union.
Pay: Non-Equity volunteer production: the roles are unpaid.
