Netflix Opens Its Reality Casting Portal to US and Canadian Applicants

Description: Netflix runs a single official portal through which one video submission can be considered for any of its unscripted series. Shows currently listed as casting include Squid Game: The Challenge, Love is Blind, The Circle, The Ultimatum, Too Hot to Handle, The Mole, Outlast, Rhythm & Flow, Is It Cake?, Nailed It!, Barbecue Showdown, Queer Eye and Love on the Spectrum U.S. Submissions are open on a rolling basis with no published closing date, so the deadline shown here is an estimate. The guidance is to keep the video to a minute or less and to show your real self rather than a produced audition piece.

Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom or Ireland. Individual shows carry their own additional criteria, for example relationship status for the dating formats or a relevant skill for the competition series.

Pay: Participation terms and any stipend are set out in each show's individual participant agreement and are not published on the portal. Applying is free.

How to apply: Record a video of one minute or less introducing yourself and upload it through the official portal at https://www.netflixreality.com/ , selecting the show or shows you want to be considered for.
