Description: Sweet Pan Productions Ltd. is filling two singing roles in the feature film "Sweet Pan", a coming-of-age romance-drama set against Trinidad's Carnival and the world of the steel pan. The parts are RITA (mixed-race, independent and outspoken, a gifted singer who anchors the two male leads emotionally) and PETAL (Canadian/White, a pastor's daughter, singer and dancer torn between family loyalty and a new culture). Both parts involve scripted romantic or intimate scenes, staged professionally; no intimacy is performed at any stage of the audition. Casting is coordinated by the Trinidad and Tobago Performing Arts Network. Directed by Marvin L. Ishmael, casting director Triston Wallace.
Requirements: Women aged roughly 20–35 who can genuinely sing. Submission must include one close-up and one full-length photo with no hats, sunglasses, filters or AI retouching and the face clearly visible, plus name, height, phone number, email address, acting CV if available, and a performance video. The video must show at least one verse and one chorus of a song of your choice, be well lit, and be uploaded to YouTube as a standard link set to public or unlisted — no Shorts, no private links. Open to performers based outside Trinidad and Tobago as well.
Pay: Paid role: TTD 10,000 to TTD 20,000. Performers selected from outside the country have airfare, accommodation and per diem covered by the production.
How to apply: Apply through the online submission form embedded in the casting notice on the Theatrebuzz Callboard (TTPA Network). The listing states the deadline is ongoing, and applicants who already applied to the related "Sweet Pan" casting call do not need to reapply. There is no fee at any stage.
