Lagos Fashion Week — permanent model submission channel for agencies and freelancers
📸 Follow us on Instagram · @openshowpages
Description: Lagos Fashion Week runs a standing submission channel where modelling agencies and freelance models send their material for the runway castings. The official page sets out exactly what is accepted: comp cards with measurements in feet and inches, plus walk videos. Black-and-white polaroids, retouched polaroids and black-and-white videos are rejected. Shortlisted models must be in Lagos for the casting, fittings and shows in the late September to late October window. Standing channel: the deadline shown here is a placeholder set by our board.
Requirements: Female models from 5'9" and male models from 6'0". Open to modelling agencies (up to ten models per gender category) and to freelance models.
Pay: Nothing is charged to models or agencies to submit. The source does not state the fee paid for runway work; runway bookings at Lagos Fashion Week are professional engagements handled through the production office.
How to apply: Organise comp cards and walk videos in folders named after your agency and category, upload via WeTransfer and email the link to production@lagosfashionweek.ng. Rolling submissions.
