Singapore Symphony Orchestra: auditions for the President's Young Performers Concert 2027

Description: The Singapore Symphony Orchestra is looking for young Singaporean instrumentalists and singers to appear as soloists with the orchestra at Victoria Concert Hall in 2027. Instrumentalists apply with a concerto or concertante work, and singers with any vocal piece that has orchestral accompaniment. Shortlisted applicants play live in a first round on 11 January 2027, and a possible second round follows in the week of 25 January 2027.
Requirements: Singapore citizens aged 25 or under on 1 January 2027. Send a short biography (with date of birth, musical background and contact details) and a good-quality video of a complete concerto or concertante work with piano or orchestra. The video must show the composer, the timing of each movement and the edition used.
Pay: The announcement mentions no pay. The prize is performing as a soloist with the SSO in a 2027 concert.
